Here's a small one some people may want, despite it being somewhat obsoleted:
    Final Fantasy Tactics:
    Enable Music Test Menu
    D019A204 000C
    8006B43E 2400
    D019A204 000C
    80073F8C B420

Start a new game, and when you get to the naming screen, hold L1+R1. Then, press start, and select the OK option. You'll go to the next screen, but instead of the birthday selection, you'll have 96 numbered options, and each is a piece of music. Exiting the menu always leads back to the music test at this point

I decided to post an image of what BGM-Ki-Ki-Ta-I looks like, in case someone was inclined to use it on a japanese CD.

I believe this picture could be generated and grabbed from the US CD, despite the characters not being selectable. The font for it still exists if you replicate the name in the right area of RAM if I'm recalling correctly.

In the game's ram, the hex code is
    0B 10 16 4A 4A 5C 41

The default code for the name "Ramza" is
    1B 24 30 3D 24

In the japanese version, the code for the main character's name is
    D1 09 D1 00

Just saw this thread after opening this one.

I am looking for Tales of Destiny Codes:

    · Character Modifier (not de usual one, I want to be able to have enemies in my party roster): Lydon, Batista, King Tiberius, Kronos, etc...
    · Field, World Map, Town and Dungeon character graphics modifier to match the party roster modified ones.
    · Of course, In-battle character modifier.

I think you get all-three modifications with a single code, since the game uses the same graphics for field, battle and party roster characters (or maybe not...).

This code: 301CE758 00?? will modify 1st position character, but I think it doesnt work to have enemies as playable characters.

How about a code on Soul Blade that stops the last of the secret characters (unlocked with another code) from freezing the game? Just a thought, it might be possible, or it might not.

Also, anything you can come up with for Eternal Eyes would be great, I've beaten it three times, but it's one of my favorites (Same goes for Chrono Cross).

I have tried using 'official' codes in Monster Seed, but when I do, the game always freezes when I walk through this one door while trying to rescue the girl. Because of this (and the sometimes insane difficulty without codes), I've not passed that point. Any codes that would help me get past that one point would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps a code to have a specific item in the inventory, such as the one that can kill an enemy in one hit, or maybe just some better monster modification codes.

Parasite Eve (The first one) - Strange codes are always awesome - like walk through walls, weapon modifying/glitching, and other codes that people have made for games in series like Silent Hill and Resident Evil. I'd really like to see an 'enemy swap' code in horror games, where you set it to where the enemy is always a kind of your choice. But I'd assume that last one would be rather difficult, given the existence of boss battles and all.

Thanks for any help you can give, and I'm glad to see that there's someone out there who owns most of the PS1 games that I do (and many, many more). If I think of anything else that's more specific, I'll be sure to let you know.

    Respectfully yours,

    Exclamation Request

Could someone please make a NEWB like me a Walk thru Walls code for Legend of Dragoon (psx). In Helena prison there are some treasure chests that are impossible seeming to get to, due to a lack of entrance to the room/area they are in, on more than one occasion. I want to see if I can walk thru the walls to get them and if the game will crash or freeze, or if some items are in them. I checked all the walk thrus I could find and they listed all the items I got in the dungeon, and no more or less. So that leads me to believe nobody else could get them, nor have I found via Google any walk thru wall codes. PLEASE for the love all that is classic gaming, help me :3

Also there is a debug room code, which I am tempted to mess with, but I doubt it would let me walk thru walls in Hellena prison (one of the first dungeons.) Any info on that? Other wise please just make the walk thru wall code plz. Alllllll the other damn major RPGs have them, so why not LoD? Thanks in advance!

Well that suggests that those treasure chests were never meant to be accessed, but that's what's so awesome, now isn't it? I don't own that game, but I know what you mean - I've seen plenty of unattainable loot in my day. It's frustrating as hell sometimes. Well good luck with that.

In my experience, if it's not accessable, it's probably empty, or simple incorporeal or non-interactive. It would be cool to find one that contains something that you can't normally have, like a debug/beta item or something, but that's highly unlikely. That's what I'd do when making a game, put development tools somewhere that only the staff making and testing the game could get to. But maybe that's just me.
